A workbooklet, perfect for the end of term! It is great for Year 13, or for end of Year 12. It covers insanity, diminished responsibility, causation and gross negligence manslaughter through cases on the news (Calocane, Monika Lewandowska, Wimbledon School Crash and Constance Marten). In addition, there are tasks linked to law and morality which could be skipped over if not needed.

A 2-hour lesson which is very content-heavy, so could be divided up. It covers how the UK lawfully interferes with privacy, covering PACE, IPA and other laws. There are links to blog posts which can be used to engage in current debates around Article 8 and the UK.
